Wellness & Hiking Book Club
Let's get some fresh air, exercise, and mental stimulation all in one go!
Read the book of the month at home and then meet up outdoors to discuss your thoughts on the book and connect with others.

Meet up with others who enjoy paddle boarding or boating for a calm evening at the lake. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques on the water led by a licensed therapist.

Train Together for a Family 5K Fun Run
Get ready to run the Indian Hills July 4th 5K Fun Run with your family. When you register for the fun run, you get a free ticket for a delicious pancake breakfast after the race and you can stay to watch a 4th of July parade!

Join 3 group training sessions to get in shape and learn tips for long distance running. Run together as a team on race day.

Rock Climbing & Challenge Course Wellness Adventures
Outdoor and indoor climbing can be provided for individuals, couples, families or private groups. Outdoor climbing takes place in the summer and fall. High ropes and low challenge courses can be provided in the summer and fall. A minimum of 8 participants are needed for a challenge course.

Wellness Retreats
Take time out for yourself and get re-energized. Activities may include hiking, climbing, yoga, practicing mindfulness and meditation, goal setting, camping, paddle boarding, etc. Retreats can be a half day, full day or overnight experience. Check back for upcoming retreats.
